Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule a private lesson, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled start time. Cancellations made within this timeframe are eligible for a full refund or credit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson are not eligible for a refund. This policy helps us respect our coaches’ time and accommodate other clients. Lessons may be rescheduled based on coach availability. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. For clients booking multiple sessions, invoicing options may be available upon request. In the event of weather or other unforeseen circumstances, lessons may be rescheduled or refunded at the discretion of Aspen Pickleball. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
