Aspen Pickleball Drop-In Policy Your Aspen Pickleball membership plan grants access to drop-in sessions only at the location specified upon purchase. This membership is valid for the outdoor season and applies exclusively to drop-in play during designated times. *Membership covers drop-in sessions at the selected location only. *Valid for the outdoor season as defined by Aspen Pickleball's facility operations and weather conditions. *Membership does not include private court reservations, lessons, or special events. By purchasing a Pickleball Drop-In Pass, you agree to the following terms and conditions: The Pickleball Drop-In program provides access to designated drop-in play times and requires you to be an awesome person on the court-to yourself and those around you. :) Participation is on a first-come, first-served basis and does not guarantee court availability. Drop-in sessions operate under a rotation system to ensure fair play for all participants. ****All players must demonstrate good sportsmanship and respect toward others. Unsportsmanlike conduct, including but not limited to aggressive behavior or inappropriate language, may result in suspension or termination of privileges without a refund. The Drop-In Pass is non-refundable and non-transferable. Passes are valid only for the 2025 outdoor season and cannot be extended beyond the designated timeframe. Players participate at their own risk. The facility and its staff are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or lost items. Players must adhere to all facility rules and guidelines. Facility management reserves the right to adjust drop-in schedules as necessary. Weather-related cancellations will be communicated via our website and social media. By purchasing this membership, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that drop-in access is non-transferable and subject to change based on facility needs.
