Cancellation Policy
Cancellations: To cancel your registration for any clinic or lesson, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled start time. Cancellations made within this timeframe are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time are not eligible for a refund. This policy allows us to manage scheduling and provide the best possible experience for all participants. Minimum Enrollment: Clinics are subject to minimum enrollment. In the event of low registration, the decision to run or cancel a clinic is at the discretion of the coach. Coaches will make final determinations approximately 12 hours prior to the start time. If a clinic is canceled by Aspen Pickleball, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer into another session. Thank you for your understanding and for supporting a smooth and enjoyable experience for our community.
