Cancellation Policy

Commitment & No-Show Policy By signing up, you are committing to attend. No-shows will be charged, even if you do not attend, as your reserved spot cannot be filled last minute. This policy applies regardless of reason for absence. Cancellation Policy Due to limited space and high demand, this round robin has a strict cancellation policy. If you are unable to attend after signing up, please notify Aspen Pickleball as soon as possible. Late cancellations may still be subject to charge. Player Level This round robin is intended for 3.5+ level players. Aspen Pickleball reserves the right to adjust groupings or participation to maintain appropriate level and quality of play. Additional Notes This is an organized round robin, not open play.
