Cancellation Policy

To cancel your registration for visiting pro clinics/programs, you must cancel/notify us atleast a week in advance of the scheduled start time. If you cancel within this timeframe, you are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than a week before the program begins will not be eligible for a refund.
